Welcome to Grounded Cafe Bars! We know you might have some queries, so we’ve put together a list of common inquiries to guide you through your visit.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours vary between sites, we are open from 9am daily, but our closing times vary so do check at your specific Cafe Bar to ensure you get all the latest information.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, our menu includes a variety of delicious vegetarian and vegan options.
Is it possible to make a reservation?
Absolutely! We strongly recommend making a reservation to secure your table.
Do you provide gluten-free options?
Certainly! We offer a range of gluten-free options to meet your dietary preferences.
Where are you based?
We are based across Bristol & Wiltshire in the South West. You can find more details of our full locations of specific cafe bars HERE.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes we do! Everyone is welcome at Grounded and we want you to be able to have a nice experience and enjoy a meal out regardless of any dietary restrictions. Our menu has labels for allergies, but always make sure to let you server know before you order, of any restrictions, so they can make sur eyou have the best & safest experience possible. Do you do live music?
Yes, frequently! We have live music on varying days across our cafe bars, you can find a full break down of the days and times on our What’s On? page. We rarely charge entry fees for live music unless it is a bigger band, but we will always state this before hand, so check our socials and website to make sure. Or give us a ring to check ahead.
Do I need to book a table?
We definitely recommend booking a table, as we can get quite busy, especially on quiz nights, live music evenings and for Sunday Roasts (Fishponds). You can do that by ringing the cafe bar.
Do you offer any discounts?
We honour student and NHS discounts when you are able to present valid ID to confirm this!
Do you do Sunday Roasts?
At our Fishponds Cafe Bar we do Roast Dinners between 12-5pm on Sundays. Having had a great response when we started them in the Spring we have kept them going through to Winter!
